Note: The I-4 Eastbound onramp at Universal Blvd is closed for several months. After you’ve accepted a request, pick your rider up at the Guest Drop-Off Zone. You will no longer be able to accept rides at Universal Studios unless you are in the Uber designated parking lot.
If you’re the fifth to enter the area, you’ll be the fifth to receive a trip request. If you’re the second driver to enter the area, you’ll be the second to receive a trip request. When a rider requests a trip from Universal Studios, the request will go to the vehicle in the area that has been waiting the longest, rather than the vehicle that is closest to the rider. Once you arrive at the first-in, first-out (FIFO) zone, you will automatically be placed in a virtual queue as long as you are online.
